## Overview

A Gate Valve is a critical component in a range of industrial applications, designed to control the flow of various fluids. It operates by lifting a round or rectangular gate/wedge out of the fluid's path. Our Gate Valves are designed for high pressure and high-temperature applications, ideal for a multitude of fluids, excluding slurries and viscous fluids. 

**Please note:** These valves are best used in the fully open or closed position and are not recommended for throttling service due to potential disc chattering, vibration, and possible seating surface erosion leading to leakage.
